Discovery
The Discovery Workshop is an initial workshop for a potential S/4HANA project. Together with those responsible from IT and the specialist departments, we evaluate the current situation and possible optimisation potential for your SAP system. At the same time, you will gain an insight into our proven and innovative method for implementing S/4HANA projects. In terms of methodology, this is a creative workshop using design thinking methods and posters.
After the workshop, you decide how to proceed. If you wish to continue the discovery phase, we will provide you with a
- List of strengths, weaknesses and innovations
- Analysis of the IT architecture (ACTUAL and TARGET)
- Proposed solutions and project profiles
- SAP solution map and rough project plan
These documents are the template for the entire further planning of your SAP S/4HANA project. For example, you provide the basis for the roadmap or implementation strategy.
