Maschinenfabrik AERZEN: 60 per cent lower process costs thanks to BDF Material Control Center

As one of the leading application specialists in the conveying and compression of gases, Maschinenfabrik AERZEN must guarantee quality at all stages of the product life cycle. This also applies to the material master data. The Material Control Center (MCC) add-on developed by BDF offers the possibility of creating material masters partially or even completely automatically with intelligent master data management, thus avoiding incorrect entries and the tying up of resources. By implementing the MCC, AERZEN was able to reduce process costs dramatically. Previously, six different employees had to maintain individual views in the material master. Now, only the creator of the material master and one warehouse employee enter data manually. Based on predefined rules, all views from purchasing, scheduling, sales, warehouse, controlling and accounting are automatically created and filled with the correct master data.
