BDF EXPERTS publishes Release 2.2 of SAP Product and Process Governance (SAP PPG):

• Optimised document management: A new, direct document search function within the PPG environment, along with the ability to set favourites for document categories, considerably speeds up access to process-relevant information.
• Intuitive project system integration (PS Browser): The new drag & drop functionality lets you seamlessly link PS objects such as network activities and WBS elements with PPG objects. This simplifies synchronisation between engineering, production and project planning, among others.
• Transparent cost control with MIKA: The concurrent costing tool „MIKA“ has been integrated more deeply into material costing and condition records. In addition, the connection to Fiori and SAC reporting technologies via MIKA CDS views enables modern, data-driven decision-making in real time.
• Enhanced BOM Browser: A dedicated view for bills of materials (BOMs) within the PPG environment offers a hierarchical representation analogous to the PPG product structure nodes, which improves the clarity of complex product structures.
• Future readiness: The release includes technical adjustments for ALV grids on S/4HANA 2023 FPS03, ensuring full compatibility with the latest SAP technologies.
