25 years of BDF EXPERTS: 25 years in numbers (20/25)

Numbers have one advantage: they can be verified. To kick off the final installment of our series “25 Years – 25 Milestones,” we’ve therefore compiled a list of quantifiable achievements since BDF EXPERTS was founded in 2001.

Today, more than 60 employees work at three locations: in Düsseldorf, in Hallbergmoos near Munich, and in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, from where BDF EXPERTS AG serves clients in Switzerland and Austria. The team regularly travels the 470 kilometers between Düsseldorf and Hallbergmoos.

Over the past 25 years, we have supported 250 clients in the machinery, plant, and complex engineering sectors, as well as in corporate finance and treasury. We have been an SAP partner from day one: the partnership began in 2001, the year the company was founded. Since then, we have supported three generations of SAP systems in ongoing client projects: R/3, ECC, and S/4HANA. This work has given rise to two areas of expertise and three proprietary products: SAP PPG for the digital supply chain, as well as LPC and CPC for corporate finance and treasury.

Two numbers say more about us than any others. Our longest-standing client relationships are with Haniel, dating back to 2001, the year we were founded; with MAN (now Everllence), since 2004; and with Schüco, since 2005. And three of our employees have been part of the team for nearly 20 years. Neither of these achievements is a matter of chance, but rather the result of mutual reliability.

The anniversary year 2026 has its own highlights: 25 milestones, an anniversary celebration on July 10, and a Technology Day on December 4. The series will conclude on December 11.
