With SAP PPG we structure the complete pharma portfolio systematically in SAP. Characteristics are inherited automatically, variants generated consistently and bill-of-materials explosions avoided. The Production Data Package Master (PDP-M) bundles all process-relevant information, from work instructions to machine parameters, as rule-based, configurable knowledge.

For each production order, the system automatically generates a Production Data Package per Process Order (PDP-pProcO) and transfers it JSON-based directly to SAP Digital Manufacturing. The result: GxP-compliant, automated production without manual data errors, with full traceability and automatic change record management.
