BDF LPC

With the BDF Liquidity Planning Cockpit (LPC), you plan your liquidity directly integrated within SAP. In the BDF LPC, you can define individual planning structures and periods and capture planning data. Information from the individual areas is derived automatically and assigned to the liquidity positions.

Deep integration

Through deep integration into the SAP modules along the financial supply chain, as well as the Cash Position Cockpit, you have all your data transparently at a glance. This means you can focus entirely on your liquidity planning without having to worry about the correctness and sourcing of the required data. At the same time, the results of your liquidity planning are taken over directly and made available for cash management. Direct integration into SAP Exposure Management enables the targeted management of foreign currency effects, and the transfer of data into Exposure Management from BDF LPC can even be automated.

Comprehensive Reports With Graphical Support

The BDF LPC offers extensive reporting options with targeted selections for customer-specific requirements. Actual-versus-plan and plan-versus-plan comparisons make it possible to compare different planning periods and check planning quality, including absolute and percentage deviations per planning level, based on bank statements and FI information. Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies, attractive management reports with graphical presentation can also be generated directly from the BDF LPC.

Liquidity monitor

Based on the strategic liquidity planning specifications, various company structures can be stored in the system, for which planning is created separately or jointly. The liquidity monitor lets you check and centrally monitor the corresponding submissions and the current status of data entry. If an entity has not produced a required plan on time, defined process steps can be initiated.

Taking individual structures into account

The liquidity structure can be defined to suit each customer, so that any business model can be mapped via BDF LPC. Planning can be created and evaluated per company code, time horizon, organisation ID and planning unit. Individual evaluations are therefore possible without any problem.
